         - La construction du bâtiment A et l’occupation partielle de ce bâtiment suite à la déconstruction du bâtiment 625P,

         - La déconstruction du bâtiment 625P,

         - La construction des bâtiments B et C.

         Les prestations de la tranche ferme relatives à la solution n°1 comprennent notamment :

         - les études,

         - la préparation du dossier de dépôt du permis de construire et du permis de démolir,

         - le terrassement, les fondations,

         - la préfabrication des bâtiments,

         - les travaux préparatoires,

         - la livraison, la pose et la mise en service des bâtiments à usage de bureaux,

         - la mise en place d’un ascenseur pour la solution n°2 et pour l’option n°1,

         - les travaux de raccordement,

         - le nettoyage et l’enlèvement de tous les déchets et gravois résultant de ces travaux,
