         le projet globalement sera réalisé en deux phases :

         - 1 ère phase : Démolition de bâtiments et infrastructures,

         - 2 -ème phase : Reconstruction.

         La présente consultation concerne les travaux de désamiantage, déplombage et démolition.

         Le délai global prévu pour l"exécution de l"ensemble des prestations est de 6 mois décomposé comme suit : (1 mois pour la période de préparation et 5 mois pour la période des travaux). Le délai de préparation n"est pas compris dans le délai d"exécution.

         Le délai d"exécution de chacune des périodes débute à compter de la date fixée par l"ordre de service prescrivant de la démarrer.

         Il n"est pas prévu de décomposition en lots ni en tranches
