         le marché porte sur la fourniture sur différents sites du département de Maine-Et-Loire de l"oxygène médicinal, la location des contenants, la livraison des bouteilles pleines et la reprise, des bouteilles vides sur sites, la traçabilité du gaz et des matériels. Il s"agit d"un accord-cadre à bons de commande sans quantité minimum et avec une quantité maximale annuelle en application de l"article R. 2162-4-2° du code de la commande publique.

         L"accord-cadre est conclu avec un seul opérateur économique. Les descriptions et les spécificités techniques sont détaillées au CCTP. Les quantités maximales annuelles sont indiquées au règlement de la consultation et à l"acte d"engagement.
