Le présent avis est un avis ex ante volontaire ayant pour objet de rendre publique l"intention du pouvoir adjudicateur de conclure avec le soumissionnaire indiqué en section «V attribution». La procédure d"attribution n"étant pas à ce jour finalisée, la date d"attribution est à lire comme étant la date à laquelle la commission des Mapa a rendu un avis favorable.

de plus il est envisagé d"attribuer le marché public sous réserve que l"attributaire désigné en section V et pour chacun des lots, apporte la preuve qu"il n"entre dans aucun des cas d"interdiction de soumissionner mentionnés aux articles 45 et 48 de l"ordonnance nº 2015.889 du 23.7.2015.
