Reference to the relevant law, regulation or administrative provision:

Les prestations devant être réalisées par des avocats conformément à la loi n° 71-1130 du 31 décembre 1971 modifiée, le candidat devra fournir les justificatifs attestant de cette qualité.

III.2.2)Contract performance conditions:

La durée du marché est fixée à compter de la date de commencement des prestations renseignée ci-dessous ou bien à compter de la date de notification de l"acte d"engagement au titulaire si cette date est postérieure. Pour chaque lot (lots 1, 2, 3), la date de commencement des prestations est fixée au 01 août 2023. Le marché pourra ensuite se poursuivre par reconduction expresse pour une durée de douze (12) mois renouvelable 3 fois, sans que sa durée totale ne puisse excéder 4 ans.
