- L"entretien courant des équipements mis à sa disposition, y compris le nettoyage et l"entretien des abords,

- Les opérations de gros entretien et renouvellement sur les équipements du service,

- La gestion de la relation clients (accueil, ventes, billetterie, recouvrement, réclamations, etc.),

- Le recrutement, la formation et l"encadrement du personnel affecté au service,

- Le contrôle et le respect des normes sanitaires

- La surveillance et la sécurité des baigneurs

- La communication autour de l"équipement

- L"information de la collectivité (reporting régulier et contrôles)

- Un espace ludique extérieur pour la période estivale

- Un espace remise en forme, avec saunas, hammams, jets massants
