        The Norwegian Correctional Service intends to procure care services and accommodation with 24-hour staffing for a person who has been released on parole from detention. The user must have 2:1 staffing throughout the day, wherein one of the night shifts are off duty. See also point 4.5.1, Staffing requirements, and 4.5.3, Accommodation requirements. The staffing factor may be changed during the contract period if warranted due to safety considerations.

        The procurement includes housing and care services for a woman who has been sentenced to detention and

        recommended for parole in accordance with the Regulations on State-funded Parole, cf. point 1.2.4.

        The user is subject to 24/7 supervision. The tenderer shall, in collaboration with

        the Norwegian Correctional Service ensure that the convicted person is subject to the conditions determined by the Court of Justice.

        It is preferable that housing service be in Asker municipality, or in surrounding municipalities, and close to public transport.
