         services de transports non réguliers de personnes pour

         - les déplacements des élèves des classes yonnaises dans le cadre de leurs activités culturelles et sportives, périscolaires (activités péri-éducatives et p"tits mercredis),

         - de la réorganisation du fonctionnement d"une ou de plusieurs écoles,

         - du déplacement des élèves des écoles vers les accueils de loisirs le mercredi midi - pour les déplacements divers initiés par la Ville de La Roche-Sur-Yon (sports vacances, autres...)

         a titre indicatif il est envisagé 4500 trajets simples environ sur le territoire communal et 50 trajets environ hors territoire communal par an.

         les prestations feront l"objet d"un accord-cadre fractionné à bons de commandes sans montant minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel.de 235 000 euro (H.T.).

         Au vu des volumes de transports à assurer en simultané, une multi-attribution est prévue afin de permettre l"exécution des services de transports pour l"ensemble des classes yonnaises.

         L"Accord-Cadre sera donc attribué à 3 opérateurs maximum, sous réserve d"un nombre suffisant de candidats et d"offres.

         Les modalités d"émission des bons de commande auprès de chaque opérateur sont les suivantes : attribution des bons de commande en cascade dans le respect du classement des offres.

         A ce titre, le candidat arrivé en 1ère position sera sollicité pour chaque bon de commande. Ce n"est qu"en cas d"impossibilité de ce dernier que le titulaire qui a été classé en 2è position sera sollicité. Si ce dernier se trouve également dans l"incapacité d"assurer les prestations demandées, le 3è titulaire classé en 3è position sera alors sollicité.
