   1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:
         List and brief description of conditions:

         il est imposé aux candidats de se rendre sur place afin de mieux visualiser les travaux demandés en tenant compte du site, du bâtiment existant et des contraintes découlant du milieu existant. Toute offre présentée sans avoir au préalable visité le chantier avec le maître d"oeuvre sera irrecevable.

         Les candidats auront à produire un dossier de candidature propre à démontrer leur aptitude à exercer l"activité professionnelle, leurs capacités économiques et financières et leurs capacités techniques et professionnelles.

         Le dossier de candidature comportera les pièces suivantes, rédigées en langue française

         Pièces administratives :

         - le formulaire Dc1, mis à jour au 1 avril 2019 ou équivalent.

         - La justification de la capacité du signataire à engager l"entreprise candidate

         - en cas de situation de redressement judiciaire, la copie du jugement rendu à cet effet.

         - Le formulaire Dc2, mis à jour au 1 avril 2019 ou équivalent.

         - Les attestations d"assurances en cours de validité.

         pièces techniques :

         - les certifications de l"entreprise avec les certificats

         - déclaration indiquant les effectifs du candidat les CV, formations ou/et diplômes des agents d"exécution et l"importance du personnel d"encadrement pour chacune des trois dernières années ;

         - déclaration indiquant les moyens matériels et équipements dont le prestataire dispose pour l"exécution du marché

         - présentation d"une liste de références récentes, correspondant à l"objet du marché, fournis au cours des cinq dernières années, indiquant notamment le montant, la date et le destinataire public ou privé ou, le cas échéant, tout document permettant d"évaluer les capacités professionnelles et techniques du candidat, ainsi que son expérience.

         - la liste des fournisseurs, et fiches techniques des produit installés

         - certificats établis par des services chargés du contrôle de la qualité et habilités à attester la conformité des fournitures par des références à certaines spécifications techniques ou toutes autres preuves de mesures équivalentes

         Le candidat pourra prouver sa capacité par tout autre document considéré comme équivalent par le pouvoir adjudicateur s"il est objectivement dans l"impossibilité de produire l"un des renseignements demandés relatifs à sa capacité financière.

         Pour le choix de l"offre, et sous réserve de la vérification de l"aptitude et des capacités du candidat, le pouvoir adjudicateur se fondera sur les pièces suivantes, constituant un projet de marché:

         - l"Acte d"engagement, en original et un seul exemplaire, complété, daté et signé accompagné de ses annexes éventuelles (en cas de sous-traitance)

         - le cahier des clauses administratives particulières (C.C.A.P) et le cahier des clauses techniques particulières (C.C.T.P), daté et signé en dernière page pour acceptation.

         - Un mémoire justificatif des dispositions que le candidat se propose d"adopter pour l"exécution des travaux.

         - La décomposition du prix Dpgf

         Les candidats sont informés que le mémoire justificatif qui est destiné à être contractualisé par son annexion au CCTP est un document indispensable à l"appréciation de l"offre.

         Si la teneur des réponses justifie la tenue de négociations, celles-ci pourront être engagées avec les candidats ayant présenté les meilleures offres. Les offres dont la valeur technique serait trop éloignée des attentes du pouvoir adjudicateur ne seront pas intégrées à la phase de négociation.

         La négociation pourra porter sur l"ensemble des éléments de l"offre. A l"issue de ces négociations éventuelles, il retiendra l"offre économiquement la plus avantageuse sur la base des critères de choix définis à l"article 5du présent Règlement.

         Cette négociation pourra éventuellement donner lieu à des auditions physiques ou se réduire à des échanges écrits, via le profil d"acheteur https://www.e-marchespublics.com

         Les négociations et/ou auditions qui seront conduites pourront amener chaque candidat à modifier les termes de son offre
