le présent accord-cadre est passé en procédure adaptée selon les dispositions de l"article L.2123-1 et R2123-1 3° du code de la commande publique. Cette consultation sera passée sous la forme d"un accord-cadre à bons de commande en application des dispositions des articles R.2162-13 et R 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique.Il s"agit d"un accord-cadre à bons de commandes mono-attributaire sans minimum et avec un montant maximum annuel de 500 000 euros (H.T.).Les bons de commande seront notifiés par le pouvoir adjudicateur au fur et à mesure des besoins.Cet accord-cadre concerne une prestation de fournitures et de services.
