         Dans le cadre de ses engagements et de ses actions pour mieux connaitre, préserver et restaurer la biodiversité, CNR réalise ou fait réaliser des campagnes de prospections ADNe depuis 10 ans. Ces biotechnologies innovantes sont de plus en plus mobilisées dans les projets portés par CNR et ses filiales. CNR souhaite ainsi engager des collaborations plus marquées pour la mise en œuvre des méthodes ADNe. A ce stade la principale utilisation de l’ADNe se fait dans les milieux aquatiques (fleuve, rivières, annexes), et notamment en milieu fluvial courant de grande dimension comme le Rhône. La mise en œuvre des outils ADNe dans les autres milieux (sols, forêts, prairies, air, etc.) sont aussi envisagées. Les groupes taxonomiques recherchés sont souvent inféodés au milieux aquatiques (poissons, bivalves, ...) mais la biodiversité totale pourra faire l’objet de recherche via l’ADNe (eucaryotes, mammifères, flore, ...).
