marché de maîtrise d"oeuvre pour la construction d"une Plateforme " Maison des Séniors " avec reconstruction de l"ehpad St Louis de 103 lits, du Ssiad complétée de différents services ouverts sur le territoire.Le projet devra s"organiser en R+1 sur sous-sol semi-enterré, dont chaque niveau devra trouver un accès direct de plain-pied sur l"extérieur.Ce projet intègrera notamment :-Une cuisine de production sur place (production de repas pour les résidents, le personnel, le service de portage et pour le restaurant ouvert sur l"extérieur).- Une blanchisserie pour le traitement du linge des résidents gérée par un prestataire extérieur sur place
