pour le 2ème tour, l"examen des esquisses produites par les 3 concurrents retenus lors du 1er tour portera sur les points suivants par ordre décroissant d"importance : Les performances fonctionnelles (Le respect du programme technique détaillé, la conception et l"organisation fonctionnelle des locaux) - la performance financière (L"Économie générale de l"opération, le coût global, la capacité d"optimisation de l"enveloppe financière) - la qualité architecturale et technique du projet - les performances en matière de protection de l"environnement et de réduction des coûts énergétiques - le calendrier de l"opération et le planning des travaux
