la Commune de Passy souhaite réaliser la construction d"une nouvelle école de musique et de danse à proximité des équipements sportifs et culturels existants.En raison de contraintes budgétaires, le projet contient deux tranches :-Une tranche ferme : construction neuve de l"école de musique d"une surface d"objectif de 587 mètres carrés Su, et des espaces extérieurs d"une surface de 402 mètres carrés ext.Avec une Prestation Supplémentaire éventuelle (Pse) 1 pour la construction de locaux complémentaires d"une surface d"objectif totale de 51 mètres carrés Su.-Une tranche optionnelle 1 : construction neuve de l"école de danse d"une surface d"objectif de 190 mètres carrés Su, en extension de l"école de musique déjà construite.Enveloppe prévisionnelle affectée aux travaux : 3 213 000,00 euros (H.T.).

chaque projet est analysé selon les critères d"évaluation définis dans le règlement de consultation :-Critère 1 : Qualité architecturale du projet et intégration dans le site pour 25 points, selon les paramètres suivants :-Qualité architecturale pour 15 points,-insertion dans le site pour 10 points.-critère 2 : Respect du programme et qualités fonctionnelles du projet pour 25 points, selon les paramètres suivants :-Organisation du bâtiment et gestion des flux pour 7.5 points,-fonctionnalité par bloc fonctionnel pour 7.5 points,-respect des surfaces pour 10 points.-critère 3 : Qualité technique et prise en compte de l"environnement pour 25 points, selon les paramètres suivants :- qualité technique, notamment acoustique, et environnementale pour 15 points,-gestion du chantier, notamment déconstruction pour 10 points.-critère 4 : Adéquation du projet au cadre opérationnel pour 25 points, selon les paramètres suivants :- adéquation avec le budget travaux pour 15 points,-respect du calendrier prévisionnel pour 10 points
