         Hankinnan kohteena on ympärivuotinen yhteysalusliikennepalvelu Porvoon ja Sipoon yhteysalusreiteillä.

         Palvelun tulee kattaa reittialueiden yhteysalusliikenne palvelukuvauksen mukaisesti. Palveluun sisältyy muun muassa liikennöinnissä tarvittavien alusten hankkiminen, päivittäisen liikenteen hoito määritetyn palvelutason mukaisesti, viestintä asiakkaille, asiakaspalautteiden vastaanotto ja käsittely sekä valtion omistamien yhteysaluslaiturien pienimuotoinen hoito.

         Palveluntuottaja vastaa palvelutason toteutumisesta laatuvastuuperiaatteella.
