         le présent marché a pour objet la mission de suivi-animation de l"opération Programmée d"amélioration de l"habitat (Opah) sur le territoire de la Communauté de Communes du Pays Orne Moselle (Ccpom). Cette opération doit permettre de déclencher chez les propriétaires occupants ou bailleurs des travaux d"amélioration visant principalement à augmenter les performances énergétiques des logements, les adapter au vieillissement et au handicap ou résoudre des problématiques de fortes dégradations. Le démarrage de l"opération est conditionné par la signature d"une convention d"opah à intervenir entre l"etat, l"anah et la Communauté de Communes du Pays Orne Moselle. Le démarrage du marché interviendra à compter de la date fixée par l"ordre de service établi à cet effet. Le démarrage est prévu en cours du deuxième trimestre 2023
