         Les prestations à effectuer sont décrites dans le Cahier des clauses particulières (CCP) et comprennent notamment la mise en place d"un contrat responsable de mutuelle obligatoire au sein de l"Établissement Public Foncier de Lorraine et de l"Établissement Public d"aménagement d"Alzette-Belval. Reposant sur une décision unilatérale de l"employeur, le contrat de chacun des établissements sera alimenté par des cotisations individualisées par opposition à des tarifs «famille», les établissements souhaitant laisser la faculté à leurs salariés de décider qui des membres de leur famille ils veulent voir couverts par ce contrat de mutuelle.
