    Hankinnan kohteena on liikunta- ja urheiluvälineiden toimittaminen hankinnassa mukana oleville tilaajille tässä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä määritellyin ehdoin. Kaikkien tuotteiden tulee olla käyttötarkoitukseensa soveltuvia, laadukkaita ja kestäviä tuotteita. Osa-aluekohtaisesti yksilöityjen sopimuskorin tuotteiden tulee täyttää niille esitetyt vaatimukset.
    
    Hankintaan liittyy puitejärjestelystä sopiminen. Hankinta on jaettu seuraaviin osa-alueisiin:
    
    1) Liikunta- ja urheiluvälineet myymälänoutoina Lappeenrannassa
    
    2) Yleisurheilun liikuntapaikkavarusteet tilaajalle toimitettuna
    
    3) Pallokenttien varusteet tilaajalle toimitettuna
    
    4) Sisäliikuntapaikkojen varusteet tilaajalle toimitettuna
    
    5) Jääurheilupaikkojen varusteet tilaajalle toimitettuna
    
    6) Vesiliikunta ja urheiluvälineet tilaajalle toimitettuna.
    
    Tarjoaja voi tarjota yhtä tai useampaa osa-aluetta. Rivikohtaisia tarjouksia ei hyväksytä. Tarjottavien osa-alueiden määrää ei ole rajoitettu.
    
    Varsinaisen sopimuskauden on tavoitteena alkaa 1.10.2023 ja päättyä 30.9.2025. Hankintayksikkö varaa lisäksi itselleen mahdollisuuden halutessaaan jatkaa sopimusta kahdella (1 + 1) optiovuodella.
