         HUS-yhtymä pyytää tarjouksia leikkauskäsineistä. Hankintaan sisältyvät lateksiset sekä synteettiset steriilit leikkauskäsineet. Tuotteet on tarkemmin kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä kohdassa hankinnan kohteen kriteerit.

         Hankinta on jaettu osiin käsinetyypeittäin ja päätös tehdään kustakin osasta erikseen.

         Tavoitteena on kilpailutuksen avulla saada valikoimiin laadukkaat tuotteet, jotka palvelevat HUSn ja muiden tilaajien vaativia tarpeita. Tavoitteena on myös että tuotteiden toimitusvarmuus on hyvä ja tuotteita on saatavilla, kun niitä tarvitaan.

         Hankinnan kohteeseen sisältyvät myös tarjottuihin tuotteisiin liittyvät lisäkoot sekä yksittäisten käyttäjien erityistarpeisiin hankittavat leikkauskäsineet, joista on kerrottu tarkemmin kohdassa "hankinnan kohteen kriteerit" sekä liitteellä 1 "Tarjousliite". Sopimuskaudella voidaan lisäksi hankkia hankinnan ennakoidun arvon mukaisesti sopimuksen kohteena oleviin tuoteryhmiin kuuluvia tuotteita, joita ei ole yksilöity tuoteliitteessä (ks. Liite 2 Sopimusluonnos).

         Varsinainen sopimuskausi on kestoltaan 2 vuotta, jonka jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassaolevana.

         Kyseessä on useamman hankintayksikön yhteishankinta, joka toteutetaan hankintarenkaana. Tässä tarjouspyynnössä pyydettyjä tuotteita tulevat käyttämään: HUS-yhtymä (HUS), Etelä-Karjalan hyvinvointialue, Kymenlaakson hyvinvointialue, Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialue, Helsingin kaupunki, Itä-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue, Keski-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue, Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue, Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue ja Puolustusvoimat.          Hankinnan ennakoitu kokonaisarvo (alv 0 %) on yhteensä noin 6 500 000 euroa/ 4 vuotta. Kyse on arviosta, eikä hankintayksikkö sitoudu ilmoitettuihin euromääriin ja tarjouspyynnössä ilmoitettuihin, toteutuneiseen kulutusmääriin. Lopulliset tilausmäärät voivat olla ilmoitettua suurempia tai pienempiä.
