         Für die B 236 in Dortmund ist von Betriebs-km 7+600 bis Betriebs-km 11+020 in beiden Fahrrichtungen eine grundhafte Erneuerung der Fahrbahn vorgesehen (Abschnitt 65-67).

         Die zu erbringenden Ingenieurleistungen umfassen die

         Aufstellung des Erhaltungsentwurfs mit:

         - Objektplanung Verkehrsanlagen, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 6,

         - Verkehrsführungskonzept / Bauphasenplanung,

         - Objekt- und Tragwerksplanung von Ingenieurbauwerken, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 und 6.

         - Objekt- und Tragwerksplanung für den Rückbau von Ingenieurbauwerken, Leistungsphasen 1 bis 3 und 6.

         - lärmtechnische Berechnungen,

         - Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordination gem. Baustellenverordnung (SiGeKo),

         - Fachbeitrag Wasserrahmenrichtlinie.

         Bei den Ingenieurbauwerken handelt es sich um Brückenbauwerke, Stützwände, Lärmschutzwände, Verkehrszeichenträger, Schutzeinhausung Deutsche Bahn und Regenwasserbehandlungsanlagen.

         Rechtsform der Bietergemeinschaften, an die der Auftrag vergeben wird (falls zutreffend):

         Gesamtschuldnerisch haftende Arbeitsgemeinschaft mit bevollmächtigtem Vertreter. Mehrfachbeteiligungen einzelner Mitglieder einer Bewerbergemeinschaft sind unzulässig und führen zum Verfahrensausschluss sämtlicher betroffener Bewerbergemeinschaften.

         Zahlungsbedingungen:

         Geforderte Kautionen und Sicherheiten:

         Haftpflichtversicherung bei Personenschäden in Höhe von 3 Mio. EUR und sonstigen Schäden in Höhe von 5 Mio. EUR. Es ist der Nachweis zu erbringen, dass die Maximierung der Ersatzleistung mind. das zweifache der Versicherungssumme pro Jahr beträgt. Bei Bewerbergemeinschaften für jedes Mitglied getrennt.
