         Ylä- Savon jätehuolto Oy pyytää tarjouksianne biojätteen keräyksestä ja kuljetuksesta tilaajan osoittamille asianmukaisille käsittelypaikoille.

         Hankinta on jaettu kahteen (2) osa- alueeseen:

         1. Iisalmen taajama-alue

         2. Muiden kuntien taajama-alueet

         Hankinnassa valitaan yksi (1) toimittaja per osa-alue.

         Tarjouksen voi jättää yhteen tai molempiin osa- alueisiin.

         Sopimuskausi on 1.7.2024 - 30.6.2029. Lisäksi hankintasopimusta on mahdollista jatkaa optiolla enintään kolme (3) vuotta. Optiokauden käyttöönotosta päätetään vähintään kuusi (6) kuukautta ennen varsinaisen sopimuskauden päättymistä.

         Hankinta on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevassa Hankintaohjelmassa.

         Sansia Oy toimii Ylä-Savon Jätehuolto Oy:n toimeksiannosta kilpailutuksen julkaisijana ja tarjousten vastaanottajana. Ylä- Savon Jätehuolto Oy tekee hankintapäätöksen ja sopimuksen valitun toimittajan/valittujen toimittajien kanssa.

         Osa-alue sisältää Iisalmen taajama- alueen biojäteastioiden tyhjentämisen ja jätteen kuljetuksen tilaajan osoittamaan käsittelypaikkaan jätehuoltomääräysten ja hankinta- asiakirjoissa esitettyjen vaatimusten mukaisesti.

         Kartta hankinta- alueesta löytyy tarjouspyynnön linkin kautta. Tilaaja voi tehdä urakka-alueeseen pienehköjä muutoksia sopimuskauden aikana esim. urakka-alueiden rajaseuduilla, tehostaakseen ja järkiperäistääkseen reittilogistiikkaa. Nämä muutokset eivät vaikuta sopimushintoihin.
