         Hankinnan kohteena on yhteistyövalmennuksen hankinta Väyläviraston ja Elinkeino-, Liikenne- ja Ympäristökeskuksen L-vastuualueiden tarpeisiin.

         Väylävirastossa on tunnistettu, että hankintaa eteenpäin vievän yhteistyön osalta on kehitettävää. Siihen voidaan yhtenä tekijänä vaikuttaa hankintaa toteuttavan koko tiimin (tilaaja, suunnittelija, rakennuttajakonsultti/valvoja, urakoitsija, voimavara-alihankkijat) valmentamisella.

         Yhteistyö on olennainen osa menestyksekästä työskentelyä niin organisaatioissa kuin tiimeissäkin. Hyvin toimiva yhteistyö luo vahvan perustan tehokkaalle työskentelylle, parantaa tuloksellisuutta ja vahvistaa työilmapiiriä. Yhteistyön kehittäminen ja vahvistaminen vaatii kuitenkin usein tiettyjä taitoja ja ymmärrystä siitä, miten yksilöt ja ryhmät voivat parhaiten toimia yhdessä.

         Palveluntuottajaksi valitaan enintään kahdeksan (8) toimittajaa.
