        This tendering process aims to select a professional service supplier to establish an expertise and resourcing partnership with EduCampus. This partner will offer ICT Implementation and Consulting Services to EduCampus and HEAnet and to their broader client base as needed. The partnership will strengthen EduCampus’ ability to implement, upgrade, and maintain the MIS applications for its client community. Candidates should note that a framework agreement with a single operator will be established to which EduCampus and any EduCampus or HEAnet client may have access. The framework agreement and award of contracts are subject to suitable proposals being offered arising out of this procurement process. EduCampus reserves the right to award contracts or indeed not to award any contract for all or part of the stated requirements. The procurement procedure used in this tendering process will be the Restricted procedure.
