         Hankinnassa on kyse palveluhankinnasta. Palveluntuottajiksi valituilta hankitaan Staran sopimuskauden aikana tarvitsemat talvikunnossa- ja kesäpuhtaanapidon työkonepalvelut ajaksi 01.11.2023 - 31.10.2026. Tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa mainitut hankintamäärät ovat arvioita, eikä sopimus muodosta tilaajalle määräostovelvoitetta tai palveluntuottajalle yksinoikeutta tuottaa hankinnan kohteena olevia palveluja. Tarjous on mahdollista tehdä yhdestä, useammasta, tai kaikista tarjouspyynnössä mainituista työkonepalveluista (työkone kuljettajineen).
