         HUS Kiinteistöt Oy kilpailuttaa tällä tarjouspyynnöllä lumityöt kausille 2023-2024 ja 2024-2025 Porvoon, Hyvinkään ja Lohjan sairaaloissa sekä Kellokoski-Ohkolan ja Porvoon asuinalueilla sekä Logistiikkakeskuksessa. Kilpailutus kattaa myös kesäkauden ulkoalueiden hoidon kesäkausille 2024-2025 osa-alueilla Kellokoski-Ohkolan sairaala-alue & asuinalue ja Logistiikkakeskuksessa.

         Kilpailutus on jaettu viiteen (5) eri osa-alueeseen. Toimijat voivat tarjota kilpailutuksessa palvelua osa-alueittain. Osatarjoukset osa-alueiden sisällä eivät ole sallittuja.

         Lumityöt Palvelu kattaa käsi- ja konelumityöt, hiekoituksen ja polanteen poiston alueilta sairaaloissa ja asuinalueilla ympärivuorokautisesti. Urakoitsija hoitaa lumityöt 24/7-periaatteella, kun kun lumen kerroksen paksuus ylittää 3 cm. Jos sataa räntälunta, niin lumen kerrospaksuuden alaraja on pienempi.

         Kesäkauden työ on lähinnä puhtaanapitoa ja yleisiä ulkoalueiden huoltotöitä, kattaen mm. roska-astioiden tyhjennykset, nurmikon leikkaamisen, rikkaruohojen kitkennän, hiekan poiston ja kattojen puhdistamisen (lähinnä kattokaivot) sekä joskus harjaus.

         Työtehtävät ovat kuvattu tarkemmin Palvelukuvauksessa, liitteessä 1.

         Osa-aluekohtaiset aluepiirustukset ovat tarjouspyynnön liitteenä pakatussa kansiossa " Liite 3 Aluepiirustukset".

         Kilpailutuksen tavoitteena on laatia puitejärjestely seuraavasti:
