         Puolustusvoimien palvelukeskus hallinnoi puolustushallinnon palvelussuhdeasuntoja (noin 1300 kpl). Palvelussuhdeasunnolla tarkoitetaan puolustushallinnon henkilöstölle palvelussuhteen nojalla vuokrattavaa asuntoa, josta asukas maksaa vuokraa. Puolustusvoimien palvelukeskus voi kohdentaa asuntoihin voimassa olevien määräysten mukaisesti vuokratukea.

         Sopimuskausi 1.1.2024 - 31.12.2026.

         Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa sopimusta ajalle 1.1.2027 - 31.12.2027 (optiokausi 1) sekä ajalle 1.1.2028 - 31.12.2028 (optiokausi 2).

         Hankinnan kohteena on Puolustusvoimien palvelussuhdeasuntojen hallinnointipalvelun työkalu sekä palvelun tuottamiseen liittyvä internet-sivustojen hankinta.

         Puolustusvoimien palvelukeskus hallinnoi puolustushallinnon palvelussuhdeasuntoja (noin 1300 kpl). Palvelussuhdeasunnolla tarkoitetaan puolustushallinnon henkilöstölle palvelussuhteen nojalla vuokrattavaa asuntoa, josta asukas maksaa vuokraa.
