         The project includes interior alteration of the Kirkenes police station"s ground floor and first floor, as ordered by Finnmark Police District, as well as extensive maintenance of the rest of the building due to outdated technical facilities, general wear and tear and increased security needs. Parts of the third floor will also undergo surface refurbishment. The affected building has four floors + loft, and work is expected on all floors and on all facades in connection with the replacement of windows and screening measures.

   1. Conditions for participation:

         Tenderers must be a legally established company.

         Company registration certificate, foreign companies are required to have an equivalent certificate in the country where the company is registered, alternatively StartBANK ID.

      2. Economic and financial standing:

         Tenderers must have satisfactory financial implementation ability. The size of the turnover, seen in relation to the contract value, can be emphasized.

         Statsbygg will carry out a credit rating of the tenderer. Tenderers can, in addition, be asked to submit the auditor-approved

         annual accounts, or alternatively to enter their StartBANK ID.

      3. Technical and professional ability:

         Tenderers are required to have sufficient experience from assignments of comparable value.

         the type of contract (if this is a turnkey contract, if own employees or sub-contractors have planned the project)

         2. If the company/companies who will carry out the engineering design is/are different than the executing turnkey contractor (or if the reference projects under no. 1 are not turnkey contracts where employees of the executing turnkey contractor have carried out the engineering design), the engineering design company/companies for the roles of Architect (ARK), Consulting engineer construction works for buildings (RIB), Consulting engineer HVAC and sanitary installations (RIV), Consulting engineer for fireproofing (RIBr) and Consulting engineer Electrical installations (RIE) shall present documentation of up to 3 reference projects per discipline (one reference project can cover more than one discipline) with comparative value, and information as stated in point 1 above, as well as which phases the assignment was performed in.
