         Sopimuskauden kokonaisarvo sisältää kalusteasennustyön, mutta myös matkakulut ja päivärahat.

         Suomen edustustot ulkomailla, suurlähetystöt, pääkonsulaatit, toimipisteet ja muut vastaavat.

      4. Description of the procurement:
         

         Ulkoministeriön kiinteistö- ja hankintahallintoon kuuluva sisustustiimi vastaa rakennusten perusparannushankkeiden sisustamisprojekteista sekä erillisistä sisustusuudistuksista. Kaiken aikaa on myös käynnissä esimerkiksi toimitilojen vaihtoihin ja muuttoihin liittyviä sisustusprojekteja, konsultointia uusien tilojen valinnassa sekä toiminnan suunnittelua ja seurantaa. Toimitilahankkeissa sisustussuunnittelussa avustavat kilpailutetut puitesopimustoimittajat.

         Kalusteasennukset toteutetaan edustustoissa ennalta määritettynä ajankohtana, joka ajankohta on hankkeen valmistumisen kannalta kriittinen, mutta voi yllättävien viivästymisten/toimitusmuutosten vuoksi muuttua nopeasti. Hankkeessa mukana olevan kalusteasennus-palvelun toimittajan henkilöiden tulee olla turvaselvitettyjä ja valmiita matkustamaan kohteeseen, sekä toteuttamaan kalusteasennus määrättynä ajankohtana, jolloin asennuspäivä voi olla normaalin 8 tunnin sijasta pidempikin.

         Ulkoministeriö vastaa kalusteasentajien matkakustannuksista hotellin ja lentolippujen yms osalta, Matka-ajalta korvataan osa matkaan käytetystä ajasta. Päiväraha maksetaan valtion matkustussäännön mukaan.
