        Hankinnan kohteena on Satakunnan hyvinvointialueen Keski-Satakunnan alueen SHL:n ja VPL:n mukaiset kyydit. Kyseinen hankinta kattaa ko. palvelut Euran, Eurajoen, Harjavallan, Kokemäen ja Nakkilan kuntien alueella. Tilaajalla on käytössä kyytien välityspalvelut, jotka välittävät tilaajan maksamia henkilökuljetuksia eri sopimusautoilijoille.

        Tilaajalla on sopimukset henkilökuljetusten välityksestä kahden eri toimijan kanssa. Tällä hankinnalla valittavat sopimusautoilijat tulevat liittymään edellä mainittuihin kyydinvälitysjärjestelmiin. Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osaan alueittain.

        Tilaajan määrittelemä kyydinvälitysjärjestysperuste on, että ensisijaisesti kuljetuksia välitetään päivähintaisille sopimusautoille (jotka hankitaan eri hankinnassa), ja sen jälkeen tämän puitesopimuksen piiristä lähimmän auton periaatteella.

        Tarjouspyynnöllä muodostetaan tilaajan henkilökuljetusten puitejärjestelmä, johon kyydinvälitys välittää henkilökuljetuksia. Henkilökuljetukset ovat pääasiassa vammaispalvelulain (VPL) ja sosiaalihuoltolain (SHL) mukaisia kuljetuksia, mutta hankintaa sisältyy myös muita tilaajan tarvitsemia välityskeskuksen kautta tilattavia kuljetuksia.

        Hankinta kilpailutetaan sopimuskaudelle 1.8.2023-31.7.2025, jonka jälkeen optio sopimusten jatkamisesta toistaiseksi voimassa olevana kuuden (6) kuukauden irtisanomisajalla.
