         Helsingin kaupungin kaupunkiympäristön toimiala (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia liikennevalojen ohjauskojeiden toimituksesta tarjouspyynnön liitteenä olevien kojemäärittelyjen mukaisesti. Hankittavat ohjauskojeet tulee voida liittää Helsingissä käytössä oleviin Omnia ja Omnivue valvonta- ja ohjausjärjestelmiin. Kojeita on yhteensä 29 kpl, joista 5 on varakojeita:

         Tilaajalla on ennestään valmius liittää Omnivue järjestelmään kojetyyppejä ELC-2, ELC-3, EC-1 ITC-1 ja ITC-2(b) ITC-3. Omnia järjestelmään tilaajalla on ennestään valmius liittää ELC-2, ELC-3, EC-1, EC-2, ITC-1 ja ITC-2(b).

         Muiden kojetyyppien osalta tarjoajan on varmistettava kojeen liitettävyys Omnivue ja Omnia järjestelmiin ja tällöin liittämisestä mahdollisesti aiheutuvista lisäkustannuksista vastaa ohjauskojetoimittaja.

         Tilaaja vastaa keskusjärjestelmän toimittajalle tilaajan ja keskusjärjestelmätoimittajan välisten sopimusten mukaisesta keskusjärjestelmään lisättävän ohjauskojeen liitännän lisenssimaksusta.

         Ohjauskojeen on tuettava RSMP protokolan ja SXL traffic signals määrittelyn viimeisintä versiota, joka on julkaistu tarjouspyynnön julkaisupäivän hetkellä.

         Ohjauskojeet toimitetaan pääsääntöisesti maalattuna RAL 7037 sävyllä. Maalaus sisältyy hintaan.

         Maalin sävy voi hieman vaihdella asennuskohteen mukaan. Tilaaja ilmoittaa tarkan sävyn ohjauskojeen tilauksen yhteydessä

         Toimittaja antaa kokonaishinnan erikseen jokaiselle tarjouspyynnössä kysytylle ohjauskojeelle perustuen tässä tarjouspyynnössä liitteenä oleviin kojemäärittelylomakkeisiin ja ohjauskojeiden minimivaatimuksille. Kojeelle annettuun kokonaishintaan sisältyy kojemäärittelyjen ja ohjauskojeiden minimivaatimusten mukainen asennusvalmis liikennevalojen ohjauskoje. Tilaaja tilaa ohjauskojeet 2 vuoden kuluessa allekirjoitetusta sopimuksesta. Ohjauskojeen toimituspäivämääräksi voidaan sopia 2 vuoden ylittävä ajankohta allekirjoitetusta sopimuksesta.

         Toimittaja antaa jokaiselle tarjouspyynnössä kysytylle ohjauskojeelle erillisen laitetoimittajan liikennevalojen risteyksessä tapahtuvan käyttöönottohinnan optiona. Tilaaja käyttää käyttöönoton option oman harkintansa mukaan kahden vuoden kuluessa sopimuksen allekirjoituksesta. Option mukaista käyttöönottopäivää ei voida sopia yli kahden vuoden ylittävälle päivämäärälle sopimuksen allekirjoituksesta.

         Toimittaja antaa tarjouspyynnössä optiona kysytylle yhden työpäivän (8+8 tuntia) kestävälle käyttö- ja ohjelmointikoulutukselle kokonaishinnan.

         Tilaaja käyttää käyttö- ja ohjelmointikoulutuksen option oman harkintansa mukaan kahden vuoden kuluessa sopimuksen allekirjoituksesta. Option mukaista käyttö- ja ohjelmointikoulutusta ei voida sopia yli kahden vuoden ylittävälle päivämäärälle sopimuksen allekirjoituksesta.
