Hankinnan kohteena ovat erikoishammasteknikkopalvelut; erikoishammasteknikon tekemät hammastekniset työt ja niiden korjaukset niiltä osin, kuin erikoishammasteknikon ammattioikeuden sallivat.

Hankinta on jaettu kahteen osa-aluetta 1 ja 2. Ks. osiot tarkemmin hinta-, vastausliitteestä, liite 3.

• Osa-alue1: Helsingin kaupungin suun terveydenhuollon erikoishammasteknikkopalveluihin ohjaamien / lähettämien potilaiden proteettinen hoito. Palvelua tuotetaan erikoishammasteknikon / palveluntuottajan omassa toimipisteessä.

• Osa-alue 2: Ns. liikkuva palvelu, jossa erikoishammasteknikko käy asiakkaan luona esim. Helsingin kaupungin laitoksissa tai kotihoidossa. Helsingin kaupungin suun terveydenhuollon asiakaspalvelukeskus antaa lähetteen tai ohjaa ns. liikkuvaan palveluun.

Erikoishammasteknikkopalvelut ovat Helsingin suun terveydenhuollon järjestämisvastuuseen kuuluvaa palvelua. Palveluun ohjattavat potilaat ovat pääosin helsinkiläisiä potilaita / asiakkaita, jotka hakeutuvat hoitoon Helsingin kaupungin suun terveydenhuollon kautta.

Tilaaja ei sitoudu mihinkään hankintamääriin, vaan palvelua hankitaan kulloisenkin tarpeen mukaan.
