    Lohjan kaupunki pyytää tarjoustanne vesihuoltoverkoston kunnossapitopalveluista sekä kiinteistöjen loka- ja rasvanerotuskaivojen huollosta sopimuskaudelle 2023 - 2024 (sekä mahdolliset optiovuodet 1+1). Tarjouskilpailun perusteella valitaan kuhunkin osa-alueeseen enintään kuusi (6) puitesopimustoimittajaa etusijajärjestykseen. Vertailuhintana on
    
    kokonaistaloudellisesti halvin hinta.
    
    Osatarjoukset ovat mahdollisia osa-alueittain.
    
    Tilaaja ei sitoudu sopimuskauden aikana tiettyihin hankintamääriin. Toimeksiannot yksittäisiin työtehtäviin annetaan kunkin kohteen etusijajärjestyksen mukaisesti, ellei
    
    tehtävän erityispiirteistä muuta aiheudu. Mikäli tietyn osa-alueen työtehtävään on tilattu palveluntuottaja, myös muiden osa-alueiden tehtäviä voidaan samalla kertaa
    
    tilata kohteeseen tarpeen mukaan. Pyrkimyksenä on, että yhteen työkohteeseen ei tarvitsisi tilata useampia palveluntuottajia kerralla.
