II.1.4)Short description:
Tuomi Logistiikka Oy pyytää Pirkanmaan sairaanhoitopiirin (PSHP) toimeksiannosta tarjouksia lasten, nuorten ja aikuisten psykoterapiapalveluiden sekä aikuisten seksuaalineuvonnan ja -terapian hankintaan Taysin toimialueille 4 ja 5. Ostopalvelupsykoterapiaan ohjataan lähetteellä ja maksusitoumuksella potilaita.
Sopimuskausi alkaa osa-alueiden 3, 4 ja 5 osalta 1.9.2022 edellyttäen, että hankintapäätös on saanut lainvoiman, ja osa-alueiden 1 ja 2 osalta 1.1.2023. Sopimuskausi on kaikkien osa-alueiden osalta voimassa 31.12.2024 asti.
Lisäksi sopimus sisältää mahdollisuuden toistaseksi voimassa olevaan optiokauteen, joka on voimassa kuitenkin korkeintaan 31.8.2026 asti. Optiokaudella tarkoitetaan mahdollisuutta sopimuksen jatkamiseen alkuperäisin ehdoin. Optiokauden käytöstä päättää tilaaja.
Tilaajaksi siirtyy 1.1.2023 alkaen Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialue.
Tarkemmin hankinnan kohde on kuvattu sopimuksen liitteellä 4 Palvelukuvaus.
