Nature and extent of the modifications (with indication of possible earlier changes to the contract):

La presente modificación, está motivada por lo siguiente: Al acabarse la garantía de 2lavadoras desinfectadoras de la marca ANTONIO MATACHANA localizado en el Hospital de Majadahonda de FREMAP, éstas se quedan sin mantenimiento contratado.Por lo que se modifica este contrato con la intención de que esta ausencia de mantenimiento se cubra con los servicios incluidos en el mismo, hasta el 31/01/2025, fecha de vencimiento del contrato actual.
