Den gennemsnitlige årlige fraflytningsprocent for samtlige ordregivers pleje- og ældreboliger ligger på ca. 30% svarende til ca. 207 flytninger pr. år. Der kan i kontraktperioden forventes til- og afgang af boliger ligesom det gennemsnitlige årlige antal fraflytninger ligeledes alene er et estimat.

        Tjenesteydelserne udbydes som 3 delaftaler. Delaftalerne er baseret på geografiske opdelinger af pleje- og ældreboliger i Silkeborg kommune.
