         I hovedtræk omfatter renoveringsprojektet følgende:

         Grundlaget for dette projekt er et ønske om at reducere antallet af boliger i bebyggelsen, da der ikke er efterspørgsel på den eksisterende type boliger, samtidigt med at de tilbage blivende boliger opgraderes til at være sunde og tidssvarende. Derudover opgraderes stueboligerne til at være tilgængelighedsboliger, mens boligerne på 1. salen totalrenoveres, og boliger på 2. sal nedlægges.

         Byggesagen udføres i Hovedentreprise med projektudvikling og omfatter i hovedtræk følgende arbejder:
