Die Charité - Universitätsmedizin Berlin, Charitéplatz 1, 10117 Berlin veröffentlicht diese Ex-Ante Transparenzbekanntmachung nach § 135 Abs. 3 GWB. Es wird beabsichtigt, den Auftrag zur Durchführung von kindernephrologische Leistungen direkt an das Unternehmen KfH Kuratorium für Dialyse und Nierentransplantation e.V., Martin-Behaim-Straße 20, 63263 Neu-Isenburg zu erteilen.

The works, supplies or services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reason:
- absence of competition for technical reasons

Explanation:

Es kann nur das Unternehmen KfH Kuratorium für Dialyse und Nierentransplantation e. V. für die Durchführung von kindernephrologischer Leistungen beauftragt werden, da es die einzig nächstgelegene Dialyseeinrichtung für Kinder und Jugendliche mit kassenärztlichem Versorgungsauftrag ist, welche die erforderlichen Leistungsumfänge abdeckt.

Leistungsumfänge:

1. Dialyse

o Modalitäten:

- Hämodialyse (ca. 500/Jahr

- Hämofiltration (ca. 1000/Jahr)

- Hämodiafiltration (ca. 500/Jahr)

- Peritonealdialyse (einschließlich Training für die HeimHD) (ca. 6000/Jahr)

- Extrakorporale Leberersatzverfahren (ca. 50-100/Jahr)

- Therapeutische Apherese (Immunadsorption, Plasampherese, Lipidapherese, Bilirubinapherese) (ca. 80-150/Jahr)

o Formen:

- kontinuierlich/intermittierend

- akut/chronisch

- Zentrumsdialyse/im Intensivbereich mit 24/7 ärztlicher und pflegerischer Rufbereitschaft

o Altersgruppe:

- Neugeborene bis 18 Jahre

o Sprechstunde für Patient:innen mit Peritonealdialyse

o Sprechstunde für Patient:innen mit Heimhämodialyse

o Beratung, Einleitung und Betreuung zum Dialysezugang (PD-Katheter, Dialyse-Shunt oder Dialyse-Dauerkatheter)

2. Ambulanz

Ambulante Versorgung Nieren kranker Kinder und Jugendlicher (Scheinzahl ca. 600/Quartal)

o Leistungsspektrum:

- Diagnostik und Therapie akuter und chronischer Nierenerkrankungen

- Behandlung von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit angeborenen Fehlbildungen der Harnwege und Nieren

- Abklärung und Behandlung von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit Hämaturie, Proteinurie

- Diagnostik und Therapie von Störungen im Wasser- und Elektrolythaushalt

- Sonographie und Duplexsonographie der Nieren und ableitenden Harnwege einschl. Harnblase

- Diagnostik und Therapie der arteriellen Hypertonie

- Vorbereitung auf Nierentransplantation

- Nachsorge nach Nierentransplantation
