Zadavatel bude požadovat doložení jistoty až po účastnících vyzvaných k podání nabídky, a to ve výši 3.000.000,00 Kč.

Podrobně v návrhu smlouvy o dílo, která je součástí Výzvy k podání žádosti o účast, uveřejněné na profilu zadavatele NEN, pod systémovým číslem N006/23/V00030993.

Zadavatel předpokládá zadávat veřejnou zakázku v užším řízení , jelikož předmět veřejné zakázky je spojen s ochranou utajovaných informací ve stupni utajení Vyhrazené, dle zákona č. 412/2005 Sb., o ochraně utajovaných informacích a bezpečnostní způsobilosti, ve znění pozdějších předpisů.
Zadavatel výslovně upozorňuje dodavatele a skutečnost, že celá PD a výkaz výměr je informací zvláště citlivé a důvěrné povahy. Ta bude dodavateli poskytnuta až na základě jeho žádosti a výhradně oproti podpisu Dohody o mlčenlivosti. PD ve stupni utajení Vyhrazené bude účastníkům zaslána po předložení dokladů prokazujících schopnost zabezpečení utajovaných informací. Podrobně v čl. 3 Výzvy k podání žádostí o účast, uveřejněné na profilu zadavatele NEN, pod systémovým číslem N006/23/V00030993.
