Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met: Splnění základní způsobilosti podle § 74 zákona č.134/2016 Sb., o zadávání veřejných zakázek, ve znění pozdějších předpisů (dále jen "zákon") prokáže dodavatel způsobem uvedeným v § 75 odst. 1 zákona.
Splnění profesní způsobilosti podle § 77 odst. 1 zákona dodavatel prokáže způsobem ustanoveným v tomto ustanovení. Doklady podle § 77 odst. 1 zákona nemusí dodavatel předložit, pokud právní předpisy v zemi jeho sídla obdobnou profesní způsobilost nevyžadují.

Information and formalities necessary for evaluating if the requirements are met:
Dodavatel na část č. 1 VZ prokazuje splnění technické kvalifikace podle § 196 odst. 1 písm. b) zákona seznamem významných dodávek poskytnutých za posledních 5 let před zahájením zadávacího řízení včetně uvedení ceny, doby jejich poskytnutí, identifikace objednatele a osvědčení objednatele.
Minimum level(s) of standards possibly required
Dodavatel splňuje toto kritérium technické kvalifikace, pokud z osvědčení objednatele bude patrné, že dodavatel v posledních 5 letech realizoval významné dodávky náhradních dílů pro bojová vozidla v celkovém finančním objemu minimálně 2 000 000,- Kč bez DPH. Osvědčení objednatele může být nahrazeno čestným prohlášením dodavatele, pokud vystavení osvědčení není možné, nebo je objednatel odmítl.
