        The Treasury of the Republic of Cyprus (the “Treasury”) responsible for the execution of all accounting activities of the Central Government of the Republic of Cyprus, announces the following tender:" The provision of services for the implementation and right to use a Financial Reporting and Consolidation System (FRCS)" The scope of the project is the implementation and the right to use an FRCS system for the Government of Cyprus. The Contractor shall scope and implement the system, provide the Contracting Authority with the right to use the system (including all system software licenses for the whole period of the project) and appropriate training to the relevant contracting authority officials. The system can be hosted in authorised hosting centres or in approved cloud hosting providers within the E.U. The Contractor shall also provide post go-live support to the Contracting Authority’s administrators in case of defects or required changes that cannot be resolved internally.
