        Gospodarski subjekt mora dokazati svoj upis u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući registar u državi njegova poslovnog nastana.

        Za potrebe utvrđivanja okolnosti iz ove točke, gospodarski subjekt u ponudi dostavlja:

        • ispunjeni ESPD obrazac (Dio IV. Kriteriji za odabir, Odjeljak A: Sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti).

        Kao dovoljan dokaz sposobnosti za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti gospodarskog subjekta iz ove točke dokumentacije o nabavi naručitelj će prihvatiti ažurirani popratni dokument:

        • izvadak iz sudskog, obrtnog, strukovnog ili drugog odgovarajućeg registra države njegova poslovnog nastana.

        Naručitelj će sam izvršiti provjeru predmetnog kriterija putem dostupnih baza podataka, a ako izvršenje provjere nije moguće naručitelj će kao ažurirani popratni dokument tražiti dokaz od ponuditelja koji je podnio ekonomski najpovoljniju ponudu osim u slučaju ako već ne posjeduje te dokumente.
