        Gospodarski subjekt mora biti upisan u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući registar u

        državi njegova poslovnog nastana.

        Za potrebe utvrđivanja okolnosti iz točke 4.1. dokumentacije o nabavi gospodarski subjekt u ponudi

        dostavlja:

        - ispunjeni e-ESPD obrazac (Dio IV. Kriteriji za odabir, Odjeljak A: Sposobnost za obavljanje
