         Naručitelj je u ovoj Dokumentaciji o nabavi odredio uvjete za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti kojima se osigurava da gospodarski subjekti imaju sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti potrebnu za izvršenje ugovora o javnoj nabavi. Svi uvjeti za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti vezani su uz predmet nabave i razmjerni predmetu nabave.
