        1. Upis gospodarskog subjekta u sudski, obrtni, strukovni ili drugi odgovarajući registar u državi njegova poslovnog nastana.

        Sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti iz točke 1. gospodarski subjekt će Naručitelju dokazati posjedovanjem (kroz „DOHVAT“ iz EOJN RH ili drugih dostupnih javnih registara i evidencija):

        - odgovarajućeg izvatka iz sudskog, strukovnog ili drugog odgovarajućeg registra koji se vodi u državi članici njegova poslovnog nastana (neovjerena preslika).

        2. Dokazi o posjedovanju važećeg ovlaštenja ili članstva u određenoj organizaciji kako bi mogao pružati usluge u državi poslovnog nastana gospodarskog subjekta, ako gospodarski subjekt mora posjedovati određeno ovlaštenje ili biti član određene organizacije kako bi mogao pružati usluge u državi svog poslovnog nastana

        Sposobnost za obavljanje profesionalne djelatnosti iz točke 2. gospodarski subjekt će Naručitelju dokazati posjedovanjem (kroz „DOHVAT“ iz dostupnih javnih registara i evidencija ili dostavom ISKLJUČIVO NA ZAHTJEV NARUČITELJA):

        - važeće Licencije za šumarske radove za izvođenje radova doznake stabala i nadzor radova doznake stabala (neovjerena preslika) izdane od Hrvatske komore inženjera šumarstva i drvne tehnologije (dalje u tekstu: Komora).

        Obveza posjedovanja ovih licencija proizlazi iz članka 36. Zakona o šumama (NN, br. 68/18, 115/18, 98/19, 32/20 i 145/20) prema kojemu doznaku stabala u šumama i na šumskim zemljištima obavlja osoba koja posjeduje odgovarajuću Licenciju Komore te iz članka 50. istog Zakona, prema kojemu šumarske radove mogu izvoditi isključivo za te poslove registrirani i licencirani izvođači.
