   1. Conditions for participation:
      1. Suitability to pursue the professional activity, including requirements relating to enrolment on professional or trade registers:

         a) iscrizione nel registro tenuto dalla Camera di commercio industria, artigianato e agricoltura oppure nel registro delle commissioni provinciali per l’artigianato per attività coerenti con quelle oggetto della presente procedura di gara o nel Registro delle Imprese oppure nell’Albo delle Imprese artigiane per attività coerenti con quelle oggetto della presente procedura di gara.

         b) Nel caso in cui l’Operatore economico sia proprietario del Centro /Struttura specializzato/a iscritto/a all’Elenco Regionale dei soggetti Enti erogatori di TAA/EAA presso cui dovranno essere svolti i servizi oggetto dell’appalto, si chiede l’iscrizione a Elenco Regionale dei soggetti Enti erogatori di TAA/EAA (da allegare in copia conforme all’originale), mentre qualora l’Operatore economico non iscritto all’Elenco Regionale suddetto abbia comunque la disponibilità ad effettuare i servizi oggetto dell’appalto presso Centro/Struttura specializzato/a iscritto a Elenco Regionale dei soggetti Enti erogatori di TAA/EAA, dovrà dimostrare tale disponibilità, in relazione alla presente procedura di gara, attraverso allegazione di apposita documentazione utile ai sensi dell’art. 45 del D.lgs. 50/2016 e ss.mm.ii., (es. costituzione del raggruppamento temporanei imprese/Associazione Temporanea/rete-contratto debitamente sottoscritto con firma digitale dalle parti e regolarmente registrato) e di iscrizione del Centro/Struttura specializzato/a iscritto di cui si dispone a Elenco Regionale dei soggetti Enti erogatori di TAA/EAA (in copia conforme all’originale).
