1、Bidding Conditions
Overview:Lot 1: One set of 4K Arthroscopic Surgery System;
Lot 2: One set of 4K Neuroendoscopic System and endoscopic surgical instrument set for skull base lesions;
Lot 3: One set of 4K Thoracoscope (including instruments).
For details, refer to Chapter VIII List of Goods Requirements and Technical Specifications. This project is divided into three independent lots. Qualified suppliers may bid for any single lot or multiple lots. Separate bidding documents shall be prepared for each lot.

3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:1.Bidders shall complete valid registration on the electronic trading platform designated by the Ministry of Commerce of the People"s Republic of China for international bidding of mechanical and electrical products (hereinafter referred to as the electronic bidding platform for mechanical and electrical products, website: www.chinabidding.com) prior to the bid closing time.
2.Having no major illegal records in business operations within three years prior to participating in this procurement activity.
3.Joint bidding is not accepted for this tender.
4.If the tendered goods are medical devices, the bidder shall provide the Medical Device Registration Certificate of the People"s Republic of China or Class I Medical Device Filing Certificate for the tendered products; in accordance with relevant national regulations, the bidder shall also submit the Medical Device Business License or Class II Medical Device Business Filing Certificate, and its business scope shall be consistent with the contents specified in the relevant license or filing documents. (Applicable to medical devices only)
5.Bidders shall be either manufacturers of the tendered equipment or agents duly authorized by such manufacturers. Agents must provide the exclusive authorization letter issued by the equipment manufacturer specifically for this project.
6.Domestic bidders shall not be listed as dishonest persons subject to enforcement, parties involved in major tax-related illegal cases, or entities with serious violations in government procurement on official platforms including Credit China Website (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement Network (www.ccgp.gov.cn) within the latest three years (from May 1, 2023 to the present).

No further processing will be provided after the deadline. Bidding documents that fail to comply with the requirements for obtaining the bidding documents will be rejected.
Note: The bidder must ensure that the information submitted and filled in for obtaining the bidding documents is true, complete, valid, and consistent. Any losses related to this project caused by the submission of false materials or incorrect information filled in by the bidder shall be borne by the bidder.
