3、Qualification Requirements For Bidder
Qualifications or Performance:3.1 Domestic Chinese bidders shall provide a business license with unified social credit code. Non Chinese bidders shall provide valid registration and business certificates.
3.2 If the bidder is not the manufacturer, a formal authorization letter from the manufacturer for this bidding must be submitted.
3.3 A bank credit certificate issued within three months prior to bid opening (original or copy).
3.4 From June 1, 2023 to the bid deadline, the tendered equipment must have at least three sales records in Chinese mainland.
3.5 The bidder shall not be suspended/disqualified from bidding, nor in receivership, asset freeze or bankruptcy.
3.6 Bidders with conflicts of interest, those involved in pre project consulting or document preparation, or entities under the same legal representative/control relationship are prohibited.
