Qualifications or Performance:1) The bidder shall be an independent legal person or other organization that complies with the provisions of the Tendering and Bidding Law of the People"s Republic of China (domestic bidders shall provide a business license, and overseas bidders shall provide local registration documents);
2) The bidder and the manufacturer of the bidding goods have no significant illegal records in their business activities within the past three years, no use of unfair competition to obtain the bid, no major economic or criminal cases, and no termination of the contract or failure as a defendant due to any breach of contract, illegal or unethical behavior (provide a written statement);
3) The bidding goods can be brand new equipment or refurbished second-hand equipment, and bidders must provide clear explanations of the bidding goods in their bidding documents;
4) The bidding goods must be mature products, with no major operational accidents or major quality complaints in the past three years (provide a written statement);
5) The bidder shall possess the necessary equipment and professional technical capabilities to fulfill the contract (provide an introduction to the professional equipment and technical capabilities);
6) The bidder shall provide a minimum of 2 units of the same type of equipment that meet the technical specifications for acceptance in the wafer manufacturing industry. The bidder shall provide contracts (or orders) and acceptance documents.
7) This project does not accept subcontracting.
