Qualifications or Performance:Qualifications or Performance:The Bidder shall have completed valid registration on the electronic trading platform designated by the Ministry of Commerce of the People"s Republic of China for public services related to international bidding and tendering of mechanical and electrical products (hereinafter referred to as the Electronic Trading Platform for Mechanical and Electrical Products Bidding and Tendering, website: www.chinabidding.com) prior to the bid submission deadline.
