Qualifications or Performance:Any equipment manufacturer or agent from the People"s Republic of China or from a country or region that has normal trade relations with the People"s Republic of China (hereinafter referred to as "qualified source country/region") may bid;
If an agent participates in a bid, it must possess an authorization letter issued by the equipment manufacturer.
Since January 1, 2023, to date (time shall be based on the contract signing date), the bidder or manufacturer has achieved sales performance of at least 2 temperature shock test chamber units.
